In all possible cases we use factory seals - when they aren’t available we use aftermarket options from CJ Suspension and Racing Bros.
We use Maxima Plush and Fox Racing fluids in all of our servicing.
We keep things simple by offering two levels of service - Race Prep Service and a Full Damper Service.

RACE PREP SERVICE // is removing the air can, cleaning all internal surfaces and wiping clean all air spring seals. We then relubricate the dynamic air seals with Slickoleum or Rockshox Dynamic Seal Grease and replace the splash oil. This service can be done between full services to maintain performance, and we also recommend it on new suspension as a way to ensure it was lubed correctly at the factory. We do not replace any parts or seals in this service. Air spring seals are designed to last one year of riding, so we recommend not complicating your service intervals by only replacing air can seals during your yearly Full Damper Service. All functions get tested. Clickers and air pressure will be returned to as they were.

* This service is not available for Fox X2 or Rockshox Vivid shocks. Due to the layout of those shocks, you can’t get to all of the dynamic air seals without opening the damper.

FULL DAMPER SERVICE // is a yearly rebuild of your shock to ensure good performance and longevity. All internal surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. The air can has all seals replaced with fresh grease and splash oil. All damper dynamic seals and critical static seals get replaced. All other static seals get replaced as needed. Dampers get purged of old oil, refilled with fresh oil and bled on the Andreanni Vacuum Pump if the shock has a piggyback reservoir, and bled by hand if not. All functions get tested. Clickers and air pressure will be returned to as they were.
